If you have a microplane or other fine grater, start by lightly zesting the grapefruit until you have about a teaspoon of zest. Next, cut off each stem end of the fruit.  Slice, curving down along the fruit until the flesh is exposed. With a paring knife, slice into each segment removing the fruit from the white membranes.
